REGISTRATION

ICEM has an on-line registration system which is directly connected to the bank for registration fees payment by credit card. No other posssibility to register and to pay can be offered. It is up to the authors to be able to register this way. Authors are kindly asked to respect this policy which cannot be customized.

For authors having visa problems and in particular for those living outside the Schegen space of the European Union, please do ask for invitation letters during your registration. No invitation letter can be send by e-mail for authors not being registered with registration fees payment. Due to the visa regulation, we are sorry to announce that no invitation letter can be sent for accompanying individuals.

Any paper which will not be registered and paid will be automnatically eliminated from the final program and will not be published in ICEM Proceedings and on IEEEXplore. No-shows will not be published in the IEEEXplore. If the visa is denied, the registration fees will be refund in the same way described in the registration cancellation policy.

The on-line registration form will be available under the present item at the end of April 2012.
